The double room was modern and had a view. the staff was efficient and offered us a fantastic breakfast. the location is amazing next to eateries and restaurants. Truly enjoyed being next to a ferry port.

The staff were very helpful, the location was excellent. There was a nice restaurant not too far away from the hotel. The bed was nice, the room was neat and spotless with a view.

The stay was just what I expected - lovely for a night. the location was awesome, super close to a beautiful lake 🌊. We grabbed some tea and treats at Michi's Eiscafe, which is just a kilometer away from this place.

Nothing not to love.

Located right in front of a beautiful lake, just a stone's throw away from the port where boats to the island leave. the room and bathroom were spacious, and the breakfast was amazing with a wide variety of choices. the hotel offers a restaurant serving pizza and steakhouse with great food.

Some staff members were inconsistent with the service and the bar only accepted cash payments, which could be inconvenient who prefer to pay with cards.

The furniture in the room was dated with cracks and worn-down polish in many places. the bathroom fittings could use some attention.

The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. Situated right on the lake, it offers breathtaking views that will leave you in awe. You can relax on your balcony overlooking the lake and enjoy the peacefulness of the surroundings. The rooms with a view are simply amazing. And let's not forget about the breakfast. They serve delicious food and the coffee is top-notch, which is hard to find in Germany.

The hotel could improve on their payment process. It was a bit inconvenient that they blocked a large amount of money from my account before my stay without prior notice.
